On Monday morning Jesus and the Twelve leave Bethany to return to Jerusalem, and along the way Jesus curses the fig tree.
Jesus enters Jerusalem and clears the temple.
In the evening Jesus and the Twelve leave Jerusalem (returning to Bethany).
